Terms of Refund and Exchange

Products bought from our website may be returned for a refund within 15 days without any justification required. İn cases of returns, forwarding charges belong to the buyer. The cost will be refunded to your account when the product reaches us.

If, within 1 year of purchase there are to be any deformations, excluding user related errors, the product will be exchanged with a new one with no extra charge. In this case, photographs which should show at least two angles of the damaged product and with the lettering visible should be taken by the user and sent to us by mail.

When it is understood that the damage is not a user related error, the new product will be sent with shipment charges belonging to us.
